I am Director of Communications for the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Science at Stony Brook University (half-time)

I am Senior Lecturer in the Department of Philosophy at St. Joseph's College in Patchogue where I teach courses in Ethics, Business Ethics, and Classical Greek Philosophy and Theater.

I have served as the Associate Director for Community Affairs at the Stony Brook University Medical Center, and as the Executive Director of the Mental Health Association in Suffolk County

I am a founding member of the Board of Directors of Options for Community Living.

I have master's degrees in Healthcare Policy and Management from Stony Brook University, and in Philosophy from St. Louis University.
